Learning by the Lockside: A Volunteering Opportunity in North London

On Tuesday 10th March, a group of university students from UCL joined CCNA for a practical day by the Canal. They did not just watch from the towpath. Instead, they got involved from the start. The day combined Canal heritage, outdoor learning, and teamwork. Students learned more about the history of the Canal, saw how locks operate, and helped plant the CaTR gardens by the gas towers.
